uperior is a type of seedless green grape, characterized by medium-sized oval berries. These grapes feature a creamy greenish-yellow color, and have a thin skin that offers minimal resistance to the bite. While the skin can sometimes be slightly chewy, it is not bitter. The flesh of Superior grapes is crisp, and boasts a very sweet taste, with a minimum Brix level of 15.5% and low acidity (with a sugar to acid ratio of 20 to 1). These grapes also exhibit a slight Muscat flavor, adding an extra layer of complexity to their taste.
